Klondike Beach - Canaveral National Seashore
Klondike Beach is a true wilderness beach that stretches for more than 20 miles between Apollo Beach and
Playalinda Beach. Access is on foot from either Playalinda or Apollo Beach. A $2 backcountry permit is required to
explore Klondike Beach. Camping is only allowed during the period November through April. A permit is required for
Klondike beach can be accessed from the northern reaches of Playalinda Beach or from the southern end of Apollo
Beach (New Smyrna).
