Breakers Oceanfront Park
GPS Coordinates: 29.226186, -81.007686 Location: This relatively new park is next to the Main Street Pier and has its own metered parking lot. It is south of Main Street. Cost: Metered parking 9am-11pm. This park is of modern design with a splash fountain for the kids to play in. It also has restrooms and outdoor rinse-off showers and benches. The beach is separated from the park by a sea wall. Stairs and a ramp allow access to the sandy beach.
ADA Access The walkways, restrooms and the beach are all wheelchair accessible. There is a beach wheelchair available on premises. It is locked up so you’ll need to call Volusia County Beach Services at 386-239-6414 between the hours of 7:30 am and 5:30 pm for information about gaining access to the beach wheelchairs. The paved parking lot has several handicap spaces available which are not metered. Lifeguards I didn’t see any lifeguards or guard towers at this beach. Other Rules No alcohol, no animals and no glass on the beach.
