Snorkeling Red Reef Park, Boca Raton, FloridaRed Reef Park in Boca Raton, Florida is a fully equipped public beach facility that also happens to have a near-shore rock reef that's great for snorkeling when water conditions are favorable. The only complaint I hear from visitors to this park is that at $16 per day, the entrance/parking fee is very expensive. This is a shallow water snorkeling site suitable for children (but take current water conditions into account). Generally the snorkeling is done in water less than 6 feet deep. High tide will produce the greatest amount of access to the reef and the best chance of seeing fish. Address: 1400 N. Ocean Blvd., Boca Raton, Florida
