This Holmes Beach neighborhood is right next to the Manatee Public Beach access
so tends to have a good crowd on the beach, especially on weekends and holidays.
There is also some street parking in the area and a beach access trail for the
public. You'll find plenty of beach houses for rent in the area.
Trail to the beach (facing from the beach toward the street) at 45th Street and 3rd Avenue in Holmes Beach. There are a few parking spots for the public on the street here but not many.
