| After a quick stop at the Siesta Village market for some ice cream, we arrived at Siesta Public Beach shortly before sunset (8pm). There were still lots of people on the beach, but quite a few parking spaces had opened up. As you can see from the photo, the beach here is MUCH wider than at Turtle Beach and the sand is pure white quartz crystals. Here it takes on the orange glow of sunset. (next--->) |
