Point-of-Rocks is a small, quiet,
residential neighborhood on Siesta Key, a few blocks south of where
Stickney Point Road connects Siesta Key to Sarasota, Florida. Anywhere you
stay in the Point-of-Rocks area is within walking distance of South
Village, the center of commerce and convenience on this part of the
island. What's really nice about the Point-of-Rocks area is that the
streets are quiet, there are plenty of trees, and you could easily walk to
everything you need in terms of food and supplies, not to mention the
beach. Although there is only one access path to the beach at
Point-of-Rocks, that really is enough because the neighborhood is quite
small and the path is located near the beach vacation rentals. |
