Howdy Beachhunter; A few years ago they did a renourishment of Anna Maria Island along all of the beaches. We loved to be able to venture out to the sandbars and search for sand dollars. Does renourishment eliminate the sandbars? Does it make the water just off of the beach much deeper? What are the effects of renourishment, in general? Thanks for all you do. I read everything with relish and extreme envy!
